Training Method
We evaluate each player and develop an individualized program designed specifically to emphasize strengths and convert weaknesses into asset. We will utilize the best approach to maximize performance in order to reach full potential using techniques, drills and methods that we have seen tried and true at even the highest level, but we will not rest solely on our own experience, as we are dedicated to be constantly learning and making sure we believe we are delivering the very best product to our players. Having played for many different, great position coaches, we have learned techniques and fundamentals that adapt and work well with any coach’s scheme.
All players are built differently and can not be expected to fit into a one size fits all model. You can’t ask a 250 lb. o-lineman to try to block like Leonard Davis. Likewise, you’re not going to expect a 250 lb. d-lineman to excel at the same techniques that Vince Wilfork has mastered. We do our best to develop technique in players that utilize their God given abilities to make them the best players they can be.
We place a high emphasis on overall body mobility and control. We will implement position specific drills designed to maximize your strength and mobility in the unnatural positions that linemen play in. This method will give you the ability to get into the correct body position, and also be strong when you are in that position.
